Credit Inquiry Dispute Letter

ByBrian Ponder

Submit this Credit Inquiry Dispute Letter to all credit reporting agencies that list a credit inquiry by a person or entity that you did not authorize to view your credit report or did not have a permissible purpose to view your credit report. Credit inquiry may negatively affect your credit score and should be kept a minimum. Also, unauthorized or impermissible viewing of your credit report is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You may contact a lawyer if you believe your rights have been violated by a person or company viewing your credit report without permission or permissible purpose.
