This is the history of Maryhill Hibernians Football Club who were formed in 1923. The club disbanded in 1939 but immediately re-formed as Maryhill Harp. They played in Junior football in Scotland which is a semi-professional level. Many Maryhill Hibs/Harp players went to Senior clubs the main one being Glasgow Celtic. Maryhill Harp folded in 1967 when the local council decided to use their ground for housing. It also includes photographs, results, goalscorers etc.

    A superbly researched piece of work. I found my late father's details (Patrick Cassidy) as he played for the Harp in 1933/34, before going on to become a Glasgow doctor. Scored a few hat-tricks too! Many thanks Brian for compiling this important piece of Glasgow football history.
