Jul 18, 2016I have just complete this program and I am down 51 pounds. I have never had my body respond that quickly to a program. I scored number 1 on the "Hummingbird" which was an extremely challenging diet. Even though I was eating 4 times a day, the scale just kept dropping. I think the dramatic results inspired me to stay consistent and motivated. The workouts were fantastic. The variety of exercises kept it exciting, and I feel and look like a different person. This book is a must read for anyone struggling with weight loss.
Apr 22, 2016I just finished all 8 weeks and I am blown away at the results. I was 165 when I started and 18% bodyfat. I am now 187 and at 9% bodyfat. The nutrition advice was priceless. My whole fridgerater changed. The best part about the book is it tells you top 5 exercises for each body part, so the time spent in the gym is super effective and the results show. The 3 training programs that made up my regimen were Gorilla, Hyena, & Black Marlin. I like knowing exactly what to do, and this book held my hand every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Jan 2, 2016This book is incredible! I am only 4 weeks into the program and I started at 205 with a beer gut, and now I am 180 and I can already see lines on my abs. My muscles are popping in all the right places, and my waist is morphing into this tight defined midsection. The diet has completely changed my refrigerator, but I feel amazing and have so much more energy. I couldn't be more excited for how this book has started my new year. Love it!
Nov 28, 2015When I started this training program, I was 160 pounds with zero definition in my stomach. In 8 weeks, I am now 180 pounds with a defined 6 pack! I am in shock at how much muscle I have packed on. The Animal Test helped me determine what my workout & diet would be. My top 3 scoring animals were Gorilla, Hyena, Marlin for anyone who has the book. It laid out every workout and every meal so I didn't have to think about anything. I noticed my body changing immediately, so that kept me motivated to stick with it for all 8 weeks. The whole experience was phenomenal and a lot of the exercises I had never done before. I'm getting this book for every one of my family members for Christmas. Just Awesome!
Aug 10, 2015Just finished my 8 week Training Program. Total weights loss 47 pounds. I love the list of fail proof foods. I got to customize my own diet, and was given exact instructions on portion size as well as what time a day to plan my meals. Their was so much variety in the workouts that I never got bored. I was 37% body fat when I started, but now I am at 14%. My self confidence has grown so much though this process. For the first time, I feel happy when I look in the mirror.
