Dec 1, 2017My partner bought me this book for my birthday about 3 months ago, and it was the greatest present I could of ever received. I have lost 84 pounds and no longer have to take any meds for my diabetes due to my cholesterol and blood sugar levels normalizing. The book gave me a list of foods that changed my body from the inside out. There were a variety of workouts, so I was able to pick ones that were best suited for me. For the first time in years, I feel like I am on my way to being at my best. This book made it so easy. It gave me the formula. All I had to do was do it.
Dec 8, 2016Hands down the best fitness program I have ever done. I am on Week 4 and I have lost 29 pounds. The book walked me through exactly what I needed to eat, which exercises would be most effective for my goals. It was as simple as just doing it. Diet changes have been difficult to maintain in the past, the difference with this book is the results are so fast that it keeps you motivated to keep going. I have been dropping a pound every single day on the scale. It almost feels like the fat is falling off of me. I'm most excited about starting 2017 looking the best I have ever looked.
Jul 18, 2016I have just complete this program and I am down 51 pounds. I have never had my body respond that quickly to a program. I scored number 1 on the "Hummingbird" which was an extremely challenging diet. Even though I was eating 4 times a day, the scale just kept dropping. I think the dramatic results inspired me to stay consistent and motivated. The workouts were fantastic. The variety of exercises kept it exciting, and I feel and look like a different person. This book is a must read for anyone struggling with weight loss.
Apr 22, 2016I just finished all 8 weeks and I am blown away at the results. I was 165 when I started and 18% bodyfat. I am now 187 and at 9% bodyfat. The nutrition advice was priceless. My whole fridgerater changed. The best part about the book is it tells you top 5 exercises for each body part, so the time spent in the gym is super effective and the results show. The 3 training programs that made up my regimen were Gorilla, Hyena, & Black Marlin. I like knowing exactly what to do, and this book held my hand every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Jan 2, 2016This book is incredible! I am only 4 weeks into the program and I started at 205 with a beer gut, and now I am 180 and I can already see lines on my abs. My muscles are popping in all the right places, and my waist is morphing into this tight defined midsection. The diet has completely changed my refrigerator, but I feel amazing and have so much more energy. I couldn't be more excited for how this book has started my new year. Love it!
