    My friend got me this as a gift because I am always complaining about how flat my ass is. I have been trying to get a butt for the last 30 years and was convinced that it came down to genetics. I decided the give the workouts a try anyway was completely caught off guard with how sore my glute muscles were the next day. So I have been sticking to these workouts for the past 3 months, and I have come to the point where none of my pants fit anymore. There is not enough room for my legs and butt even though my waist is the same. My non existent ass has transformed into a mini bubble butt. I've never been so happy to get rid of so many clothes. Best Gift Ever!

    My New Years Resolution was to lose 20 pounds. I got myself a gym membership and tried to start eating healthy, but April hit and I had only lost 1 pound. I got really discouraged and was talking to one of my friends and she told me about The List. I decided to download it and found out there was 1 diet mistake that I was making, and it was negating all of my results. I made the adjustment and it is now the middle of May and I have lost 23 pounds. I'm just excited because I see so many of my friends and family making the same mistake I did and now I can help them. This book is amazing, <3 it!

    I came across a youtube video of the most perfect ass I have ever seen in my life and ended up buying this book just to see what this guy does for his glute workouts. I'm thinking probably a lot of squats! After downloading it, I found out squats were NOT it. So I started putting these new workouts to the test about 8 weeks ago, none of them I had ever done before. I cannot believe what this book has done to my ass. Each workout targets a different section of the ass, giving it its fullest, roundest shape possible. I literally had somebody ask me if I got ass implants the other day. I realize that I didn't really have one to start with before, but even so, the change is just incredible.

    If you are struggling with flat ass syndrome... this book is for you. I have been doing these workouts for six weeks now and I am astounded at the results. Before I got the book, I thought having a round perky bubble ass was genetic. I was completely wrong. My ass has started popping out more from my lower back and it's like somebody literally lifted it up. Thank God for this book, I thought my ass was going to be flat forever.

    I am a mother of 4 children. Had my last one about 3 months ago. Before I had children I had such a little waist, and now it's like literally my hips have widened. As a girl being over 200 pounds takes such a toll on your self esteem. I really felt helpless. I got The List about a month ago. When I read it, it was like light bulb went off. It brought a lot of clarity to why I had gained the weight, but more importantly how I could make a change. This week I weighed in at 189. As I looked at the scale, tears began to fall. After 8 years of being overweight, it was the first moment where I felt like I actually had hope. I know I still have a ways to go, but I'm starting to believe that I can actually do this. I feel like a have a chance to inspire so many others that are struggling to get the weight off. There is HOPE :)
