    I downloaded this book for the ass workouts. After 2 months, I have seen major changes. Definitely a rounder shape. There is a lot more shelf to the top part. Overall it's definitely tighter and harder. The workouts are tough... Definitely stuff I hadn't been doing before. I also been taking all 4 supplements. The results are pretty outstanding.

    I got THE LIST 4 months ago. I have lost 106 pounds as of today. I found out that every day I was ingesting the one food that makes fat loss impossible. After cutting that out and incorporating some of the six pack secrets, I lost 22 pounds my first month. I was so blown away at how my body responded that I bought THE LIST 360. The best way I can describe this book is that it was like putting my body on autopilot. It generated the perfect workout and diet for my goals by answering a 35 question true or false test. With as much success as I had in the first month, I followed the program that had been generated for me religiously. I watched my body morph towards a version of myself that I had dreamed about since I was a little kid. 84 pounds later, I had lost my gut entirely. There has never been a photo taken of me where I was not fat... Until today. My entire family is now on this program.

    This book is the best thing to ever happen to my ass. It used to be flat as a pancake. In a month and a half, it has formed a perfect bubble. The exercises are brilliant and it's very specific about form to ensure the glutes are feeling the maximum burn. This book is a must for anyone wanting a round, tight, firm ass.

    From the first page to the end, the number of mistakes I have been making are overwhelming. I have made changes for only 3 weeks now, and I have more results than I have had all year. My body fat has dropped from 15% to 11% and I am starting to see my top 4 abdominals pop out. The supplements have been really helping too. Great information!

    I bought this book specifically for the ass workout. I can say that all three workouts were new for me. I started this regimen about a month ago. My ass is transforming into 2 perfectly round boulders. My buns used to be squooshy, and now they are rock hard. I think the most amazing part is that they have become permanently lifted, so it doesn't matter what pants I wear, they always pop. The soreness was intense, but well worth the results.

    This book is brilliant! I started out at 195 pounds. It's been 2 weeks and I just hit 170. The tips on how to speed up my metabolism have made the weight melt off of me. The book is simple, to the point, and told me everything I needed to get results. I haven't felt this good about myself in a long time. The foods in the last chapter are now a staple for me.

    I hoped that Bryan would demonstrate several of the exercises that he uses. Proper form in the exercises is critical. I also hoped that he would be more precise in his directions. For example, he says to do cardio early in the morning or after lifting weights. How much cardio? What heart rate should we look for? There must be a precise amount that he thinks is optimal, but I suppose that is one of those secrets he doesn't want us to know. If you've read other fitness articles and books, there's really not much new here. It's a very thin book and seems to have been put together hastily. There are even misspellings in the text. Careless! I'm not sorry that I paid $19.99 for the e-book, but, on the other hand, one "Mens' Fitness" magazine issue has ten times the information that this book has.

    My only issue with this is that the butt exercises are ones that you basically need a gym membership for. I don't have one and would prefer not to have one, so I guess I will have to figure out how to modify them.

    So I've been doing the glute workouts for a little over 3 weeks and I am blown away at the results. Where it used to jiggle, it has completely tightened up. They are definitely more lifted and I can see the shelf from my lower back starting to pop out more. Just awesome!

    The amount of money I have spent on supplements that don't work is overwhelming to think about. Finally, somebody is telling what all these boys with hot ripped bodies are doing! It's nice to finally have some answers.
