    My whole life I have been super skinny. Putting on muscle has always been a nightmare. No matter what I did, nothing seemed to grow. This book was so insightful. It gave me 4 great supplements to take throughout the day to initiate muscle growth. I've been on them for almost a month and the results are crazy. My chest is starting to pop out, my arms are filling out all my t-shirts. I wish I would of known about this sooner.

    This book is amazing! I originally found it at the top of the Diet & Health charts. I have always had a little extra weight on my midsection and figured it might help me lean out. When I read it, I couldn't believe how many things I was doing wrong. My cardio was at the wrong time, my workouts were burning my own muscle, and I have been eating the one thing that makes fat loss impossible. It's been 4 weeks since I have made the changes, and I have lost 22 pounds. My body has never been this hard and the glute workouts are making my ass look phenomenal. I've made more progress in the past month than I have all year.

    I was hesitant to get this book simply cause I hate reading. I REALLY wanted this guys butt workout so I bought it anyway. I was surprised to find how easy it was to read and understand. All the information was straight to the point and filled with shocking things that I had never heard before. Out of 6 major fitness mistakes, I was making 5 of them. As soon as I fixed them, my body immediately responded. I started at 19% bodyfat, and after only 4 weeks I am down to 11%. I've never seen my midsection this cut before. Two thumbs up!

    This book is fantastic. I have been a size 14 my whole life. With college graduation just a year away, I want to make my senior year my best year ever. When I downloaded this book, I was in shock at the number of mistakes I was making in my workouts. I have revamped my cardio routines completely to the guidelines of this book and my results are phenomenal. I got the book around the beginning of June and I am now a size 10. I can feel my body getting firmer and more toned, and the best part is everybody is noticing and commenting.

    I came across book at the top of the Diet & Health charts and decided to download it. As I was going through it, I realized I was multiple mistakes that were killing my results. Not only was I ingesting the worst food possible every day, my cardio was at the wrong time, my workouts were actually burning my muscle instead of building, none of the ass workouts had I even tried before. In 8 weeks not only have I put on 13 pounds of muscle, but my bodyfat has gone from 14% down to 9%. I actually am starting to have an ass for the first time in my life and now that my waist in smaller it makes my upper body look even more built. It's amazing what the right information can do for a physique. Just Awesome!

    ok... I'm not gonna lie. That ass workout was insane. By the time I got to the third exercise, the burning sensation was so intense. My glutes were on fire. I can see how these workouts create such a round beautiful butt, there was so much blood flow to my ass, it became significantly bigger just from that alone. Great Information... Great Book!

    I feel like the last 10 years of my life have been a yo yo fight. My body has always worked against me when trying to lose weight. As hard as I worked to get the fat off, it seemed like my body would put it back on just as fast. When I read THE LIST, it gave me a simple, but powerful understanding of why the body burns fat and what has to happen in order for fat burning to even be a possibility. In the past 3 weeks I have lost more weight than I have lost all year long. For the first time, I feel like my body is working with me and wants to get rid of the fat. I understand now the importance of timing. My cardio workouts are now melting the fat off my body because I now know when to do them and when not to. This book was such an easy read and bottom lined exactly what I needed to know.

    More of a fitness magazine article than a 'book'. Information is sporadic and sparse and lacks any defined focus. Regrettable purchase.

    I've been doing the butt workouts in this book since the beginning of the year, and i swear it has added like 3 inches to my ass. It has completely gotten rid of any slightest sign of sagging and has lifted it into a round beautiful tight bubble. I have been shopping for new jeans all weekend. The firmness really makes it pop no matter what style I try on :)

    I've been an athlete my whole life and I've always been a hard worker, but this book has changed my entire approach to fitness. I know exactly what time to do my cardio, and when the most effective times are for fat burning. I'm putting in less work for more results and getting more bang for my buck. I started at 10% bodyfat and have dropped to 6% in a little less than 3 weeks. I knew that had muscle, the only difference is now I can actually see it. I never thought the lines in my abdominals could be that defined. Awesome Book!
