    I downloaded this book 2 weeks ago specifically for the ass workout. Everything is starting to feel firmer and higher. I tried on jeans today and I was in shock at how different they feel. It's like a small bubble is forming and it's starting to pop outwards from my lower back. Maybe it's because I have never done any of the exercises before that my body is responding so fast, but the results are jaw dropping for that short amount of time.

    Everybody should have a copy of this book, if for nothing more than the ass workout alone. OMG! I have always had a flat ass my whole life. I have been doing these exercises for almost a month, and I cannot believe the difference. My jeans are looking the best they have ever looked. Everything is filling out in all the right places. It feels like it's getting tighter and rounder every workout. I feeling more confident and my body fat has dropped from 12% to 8%. I'm doing the same amount of cardio, but now I know the perfect fat burning time to do it. Amazing Book!

    I finally gave in and bought THE LIST. Had to know what this guy does to get an ass like that. Shit works! My ass is starting to have way more shelf up top and I have only been doing these exercises for 2 1/2 weeks. I was already doing one of the exercises, but my form was different than he stated in the book. After I made the correction, I felt parts of my glutes engage that I had never felt before. The other 2 exercises I had not done ever. The firmness is probably the most noticeble part. Definitely on my way to having a bubble butt :)

    I got The LIST literally 3 weeks ago and have lost 17 pounds so far. I was at 16% body fat and now I am down to 12%. I was making one eating mistake that was negating most of my results. As soon as I corrected it, the fat started to fall off. This is amazing!
