This research examines the growing use of Business Process Outsourcing, with three specific objectives –
1)To identify the strategic drivers for Financial Services companies to use business process outsourcing, and what restrains adoption.
2)To codify ‘best practice’ in agreeing a contract and managing the relationship between clients and service providers.
3)To examine how the use of e-business technologies enables Business Process Outsourcing and the emergence of network organisations.
