Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Crisis intervention programs provide services to persons who are in a state of crisis and require more support and supervision than is available under current circumstances. Crisis intervention programs provide:one-on-one, continuous support for varying lengths of time (from hours to weeks): direct service to persons in their homes or in a temporary setting (e.g., persons who needs to be cared for in their current home setting until a placement is available to provide the level of care required); additional support to the services already being offered by another program.
