“Coding & Innovation using Microbits” is an 8 week computer science course. This course is targeted to upper elementary to middle school, grades 5-7 (ages 10-12 years). It is also written for teachers who may not have a Computer Science background, or who may be teaching coding to students for the first time. The lessons are designed to introduce students to the concepts and skills of: cooperation, problem solving, coding, debugging, collaboration, presenting, etc. using physical computing in a fun and exciting learning environment using Microbits.
