    This book is very well written in an easy-to-read style. I feel this book has valuable information for any age. There is so much good information that you should take your time reading it. This makes a great handbook for healthy living.

    I just finished reading this book last night and it is packed with doable ways to help improve a gal's health as she ages. The layout of the book is user friendly and I found it easy to navigate through the chapters. Carla has included personal stories which brings a beautiful touch to this book. I would definitely recommend it. It's a great size and I will keep it with me for quick referencing when needed.

    This book is not just for women over 40; women under 40 would also benefit. I am a woman in my 30s and found the advice on nutrition and exercise to be very helpful in understanding my own body and the changes that are coming. I have read nutrition and health books in the past and get overwhelmed with all the information. This book lays out the information in a clear and concise manner that makes it easy to follow and understand. I would recommend this book to a woman in her 20s, 30s, 40s and so on. It's never too early or late to take control of your health!
