Just finished! WOW! - When they say "Nothing is what it seems" they aint joking! Did not see that coming. This is another exciting and well written book by Carlos Savournin. Not being a fan of the "horror" or whatever you call this, I must say that I was pleasantly freaked out in all the right places and pulled in by the others. Loved, how the characters developed, especially Hector's sassy attitude. (wink) I loved how it took you thru the whole book and you still didn't expect that ending - My mouth dropped! Definitely a GREAT Read.. A MUST READ... May read again!!!! Just to make sure I didn't miss anything... LOL - Get your COPY ASAP!!!!

First...WTF!!!IM FAMOUS!!! LOL I love that I'm in the book my actual name!!! I love you for that! I feel so honored. The book had a great flow despite the jumping was easy to follow. I would like to see where the possession took place in the next book...plays into the whole backwards theme. Meaning if you read the last book first, the second book next then the first book it clears it up or does it....adds to intrigue. I like the characters in general the brief descriptions of the victims & their association no matter how little that they have an intricate part in that if you took them out it would jumble the book. The balance in each was amazing. Leddy was one of my fav characters someone with heart and feeling but also pained & haunted at the same time...loved him. I like that each of the main characters has their moment where they have something about them like personal demons that they deal with daily. I like that they all blend well between their very different... More > personalities. Grazer & Corona really seem like real life characters. I like that the whole cast pulls it all together because with out even just one it takes away from the book. It is like they were all necessary. The use of words was refreshing. I love a book that explores use of words & makes you think. The overall feeling of the book was that I was drawn to keep reading like if I put it down I would inevitably pick it back up for fear I would miss something despite the fact nothing could happen with out me reading. I found myself compelled to keep reading. I meant what I said I have no closet doors now. No one does. I have a night light in the kitchen, the hallway, living room and all the bedrooms as well as bathrooms. last night I was able to sleep with out the aid of having the full blown light on. I now hear everything at night. All my senses have been on heightened alert since reading this book. I want another book. I don't want to wait till next year. I want to read it now. Further more it is my contention that this book needs to be read by everyone. You hang right up there with King and Koontz. I get goosebumps every morning when I drive by that light pole that flickers every now and again & find myself getting a chill running up my back. I am so very very proud of you. You are so talented & wonderfully wordy. It was brilliant & original & so much better than the anticipation I had built up.
