Winsome Lose/some is a comic strip about an ordinary person and his friends facing ordinary situations with whom everyone can identify. Simplicity is used to deliver the humor and the art work. As we follow this group through life we always wonder if they are controlling the situation or if the situation is controlling them. Just as in life, they win some and lose some.
Carlos Ramos as graduate of California College of Arts and Crafts Carlos began seriously cartooning while holding the position Director of Arts and Crafts at the San Leandro Boys Club in California. He continued his love for cartooning while completing a successful career in Human Resources. He has decided to focus his attention back to cartooning.
Winsome Lose/Some is near and dear to my heart, as I knew the cartoonist when this adorable character was conceived. I am happy to see him now come to life in print, where everyone to whom this character appeals, can enjoy his adventures. I look forward to enjoying the further adventures of Winsome / Lose / Some!
