"This book brings the subject of urination anxiety out of the closet. " Carol Olmert has covered every aspect of paruresis having suffered from it herself. The knowledge she provides is incredibly helpful. She lists many wonderful resources . She deserves a five star rating for a comprehensive book that inspires anyone who suffers from shy bladder. Help is there for the reading. It’s especially informative for those who are friends, family and physicians of paruretics.
