"life tsunamis" I have read this book twice now and have learned more each time I read it. It is a well written book about events in his life that are considered life changing. I am so proud that he was able to finish this project and enlighten us to the world of life tsunamis. Each of us will be able to relate to some or most of the stories. Well done!!!!

Entirely readable, entirely modest, this slim book leaves the reader refreshed in spirit. Some stories are sad, some are funny. Cary Eggleston writes well and to the point. His point is, I think, that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. His own strength is that he does not present this insight as an answer to the problems of the world, but suggests from his own experience that humility is a Good Thing. Let's have two more books, I say, and longer. One will tie up the loose ends: what happened to the sister, and what happened to the daughter? The second, quite different in tone, will be a naval drama of the Great Lakes, a ripping yarn of ice and storm.

"the teacher: Life Tsunamis" This book is a true work of love and life.(Be careful you just might live something!)Being 'the teacher' is a job that each of us share. Cary has gone one further and has shared what he has learned so far as 'the teacher'. This book has many different levels and everyone who reads it will be able to identify with some part of his story. We all have or will encounter a Life Tsunamis within our own lives. Cary uses his Caryisms and humor to tell his story. Well worth the read!

"Life Tsunamis" Requires a little thought to appreciate the depth of the many ponderings and conclusions. Good reading, good message.
