In this book, she will show you EXACTLY how to eat, think, and behave in order to have a fit and healthy body and mind. Her education and experience in counseling coupled with her decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, uniquely qualify her to help guide you to an even better version of yourself. I read the book quickly and keep it on hand as a healthy reminder of the Do's and Don'ts. When you buy the book you are on the journey together and Cathryn gives you all the tools you need to succeed. Losing weight is EASY if you follow her advice. Aug 13, 2015There came a time in my life when I came to terms with the realization that I would live with chronic pain for the rest of my days. The directions and instructions contained in these pages changed my life. I've had total hip replacement and was told I needed to have a knee replacement. I was using a cane on a regular basis. As per Cathryn's instructions I changed my diet and started exercising. In just under 6 weeks I have put my cane away and and I feel better than I have and more than 15 years. My pain level has decreased by no less than 70 percent. I am amazed and get emotional just thinking that someday I'll be strong enough to do the things that I love again. Small things to most, that I haven't been physically capable of doing in years. I feel blessed to have crossed paths with this amazing woman. Thank you Cathryn for your commitment and dedication to helping others obtain a better quality of life.

The book breaks down the steps needed to be healthier in a "Simple" and positive way while understanding some of the daily road blocks we all encounter. You can read it in one sitting or a few and you will not be disappointed.

This book is packed with wisdom Cathryn has earned from working with countless clients as a nutritionist and trainer. After buying this book, I read it cover to cover without stopping, then I went to work to incorporate the teachings into my lifestyle. I was fortunate to believe the fundamentals in her book would work as I had witnessed someone conquer their fitness goals by following her ABC's. This belief helped me stick with it and now the fundamentals are just part of my daily life. I finally understand the simple science behind permanent fitness. Jul 29, 2015Cathryn is a dynamo of Positive Energy, Knowledge and Vitality and truly "Walks her Talk"! I love this book because it is like having her with me whenever I need her!! I have a Health and Wellness background and thought I was doing the right things however, I was hypoglycemic, had headaches, and adrenal issues before I met her. Cathryn and her powerful book has taught me to how to Eat healthy and Be healthy and for that I am forever grateful!! Thank you!!
