    An interesting eating plan I've heard of before but just didn't try. Like how the author talks about more than just eating. Gives me a better chance of losing weight. I like this book!

    What a fresh view on eating to lose weight. I like the fact the author puts personality into the book. It's not just another up-hum diet book. I see Wilson has quite a few books up. I'm curious so I'm going to read a few more. I like what I read Cathy!!

    What a great spin! I remember reading a rather technical version of this diet a few years back that totally turned me off it. Felt like I was under a microscope. This book is so different by Wilson. It's engaging, light and entertaining. Just makes me want I lose my spare tire and get healthier. Great job!

    I guess I'm a bit of a health book addict! I've read a few different shred diet books and liked this one the best. The author makes it easy to understand and includes more than just eating. Really liked it!

    What a pleasure to read! I have read numerous books on the Shred style of eating and found this one to be extremely informational and personable. I actually enjoyed listening to Wilson's words. She doesn't get caught up in the technical but give you the information you need to understand and use this diet concept. Look forward to reading more of your work Wilson!
