    Nice knowledgeable start on Crossfit cross training. I'm an instructor myself and found this book inviting and useful. I'm always looking for new ways to connect with my clients and this book helped me. I think everyone should read it! Awesome!

    Was very impressed with this guide. It shows the author is obviously well versed in fitness and nutrition. Lots of step by step points to fit interval training into your life- excellent work Cathy!

    I've read two different versions of this cross-fit book and this one is the best in my opinion. It talks about what Crossfit is, benefits and how you can get started. Wilson makes it easy to want to get fit, even if you think you don't like sweating. This is a great book to get you motivated to exercise-buy it!

    I'm an exercise enthusiast and never really thought about crossfit till now. I'm used to the stepper and treadmill. I really enjoyed learning about the basics and can't wait to take a class. This book is written well, it's easy to understand- and it has flavor! Super job Wilson!
