    Emotional eating is something we really don't think about. I was addicted to sugar and ate because I was depressed- not a good thing and thats why I was fat! This is a good book to help you eat healthy and know when to stop. I learned a whole lot and you will too- recommend-

    I guess everyone has trouble with this one. I am an emotional eater for sure and this book is MU first step for change. It's easy for me to follow and gives real tips for me to try. Not perfect but a great start for me- thanks!

    Really like this book. Ive always had trouble with junky eating- this book actually made me feel ok about it- and understand eating better. Lots of steps to take action with. Recommend highly!

    Actually bought this for my girlfriend- want her to lose about 50 pounds- she read the book and it helped motivate her to lose weight. The tips are easy to do in this book and my gf said Cathy made her feel good about making changes. Anyway- so happy for my partner and for that reason I recommend this book-
