    I'm a nit when it comes to food knowledge and learning about calories and the best food to eat. And as a fitness instructor everything matters! Cathy did a nice job giving great information you can use to lose weight without starving yourself because you will know how to make better food choices. Excellent stuff!

    Great book to get you started. I have struggled with my weight and am always looking for pointers to help me make smart health habits. Wilson does a great job sticking with the basics and showing solutions that help you make a plan to lose weight and get healthy. Excellent book Cathy!

    Thoroughly enjoyed this eating strategy book by health and wellness expert Cathy Wilson. I've always had trouble making the right food choices and this book opened my mind to the foods I should be eating. And wilson has a nice writing still I like to read. Which means I will probably listen too! Enjoy the book!

    What a great informational guide to the basic concepts of what you should and shouldn't be eating. This is the first book I've read by Cathy Wilson and I'm already hooked. I see she has lots of books. Thanks Cathy!
