    Quality book with some great pointers. I like a book I can skim through first and gather rest information. Like the layout and delivery- recommend!

    Like the fact Wilson on e again discusses the big picture of good health. Not like so many other books out there that go deep on eating or exercise tips. This book gave me solutions to getting healthier - and I actually enjoyed the writing- read it and see!

    What a grew motivational weight loss for women book. Cathy does a great job keeping it real. She talks in fact and makes sure you understand the concept and take action approach to get rid of extra weight and keep it off. Thoroughly enjoyed this book- keep em coming Wilson!

    Another weight loss book that Works! Wilson shows you don't have to hit the gym for hours or eat like a rabbit to lose fat. That's good for me because I'm definitely no rabbit! I would have liked to see the author dig more into the science or biological aspects of losing weight, I think it would have added value. Still a great starting point!
