This photo book is about a journey by motorcycle in 2006 from Cape Town, South Africa to Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. The route runs up the eastern side of Africa, across Africa (from the Indian to the Atlantic Ocean) to Swakopmund in Namibia and through the Namib back to Cape Town and includes Mocambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Pemba Island, Zambia and Namibia. A journey of 14000 km's over 4 weeks. We traveled on the main routes, which at times presented its own challenges. Here is a selection of photographs compiled to draw you into the uncomplicated beauty and simplicity of the African continent.
