Fired! A hopeless employee lawsuit goes to the Supreme Court

Everyday many employees are fired. Most are surprised and hurt. Being fired is the most degrading, emotional and financial trauma a person will ever face. Often the fired employee is ordered off the property immediately leaving behind worker friends that he may never see again. This is a true story of Charlie Rotes' six year wrongful termination legal battle with a powerful corporation. Employment blackballing, extortion and some other "dirty tricks" are used trying to get him to drop the wrongful termination lawsuit. After a six year journey through the Superior and District Courts the case was heard by the Supreme Court.
