"EXCELLENT BOOK" This style of weaving is probably the most difficult, but with Charlotte's clear and concise step-by-step explanations from the beginning of the basket to the end, as well as the beautifully detailed photographs of each step of the weaving process, even the newest beginner can learn to weave this basket. I am so happy to have this book, thanks Charlotte!! Annette member: Oklahoma Native American Basketweavers

"Great Book by a great lady!" This book was written by my good friend, Charlotte Coats. I write this review as a critic, and not a friend though. This book is an excellent source of information showing in great detail, step by step photographed instructions for learning to weave this very complex style of basket. Charlotte does an excellent job, going into detail every single step, and makes weaving this basket relativly simple. If you or a loved one has any interest at all in learning to weave this style of basket, I strongly reccoment this book to you. Mike Dart Cherokee Basketweaver http://www.gatlida.org
