What would happen if we took the Bible literally? The Book of Isaiah said, "In that day shall there be an altar to the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar at the border thereof to the LORD." (Isaiah 19:19) What would this world be like if tre was an altar to the Lord in Egypt?
No one believes that the Pharoahs of Egypt were gods or that they built the Great Pyramids. So who did built the Great Pyramids? To accept the Egyptologist pseduo-science one would have to assume that the Pharoahs were gods, or fallen angels, or ancient astronauts. If that is true then they rebelled against the one true God of the universe.
