C like Chef

C like Chef, a new cookery book launched this month. C is also for Christian Graninger, the Austrian born man, who has collected this wonderful collection of recipes. And C is for Clonakilty, the beautiful place where he lived. C is for computers – which you would have needed to see Christian’s recipes up until now. He’s been compiling these delicious delicacies on his blog for some time, but, as he admits, it’s difficult to hold a computer while cooking.
