"Brian's Story" All professionals who are involved in placing children need to have this book. Written from the child's point of view, it's aim is to help the child make sense of the transition he is making from foster care to adoption. Fears are acknowledged, pain is accepted, some questions are answered, and love is affirmed. This book is an excellent template for social workers, foster parents, and adoptive parents to personalize and use with any child making such a move.
