Wash Thoroughly with Soap and Water has to be one of the most horrible books ever written, unless you enjoy historic literature mingling with filth, humor and humility. There are few words to describe this darkly comedic yet gripping tour de force of personality and creativity. This book is art in its purest form. Nothing else sheds light on Generation X and its lost souls searching for their way in the world like this novel. From childhood to adolescence and adulthood, through the strife, love, sex, drugs, war, education and garnered wisdom aware of nothing but confusion, this novel finds something beautiful amongst the mess and leaves you wondering when you stopped laughing and started listening, learning and feeling. It is a fully illustrated, all-encompassing rarity that belongs on every bookshelf. Leave your sensitivity behind and open your eyes, because it’s time to find the truth, laugh about it and then promptly Wash Thoroughly with Soap and Water.

"Yeah, You Guessed It" It's me, Chris. I like to be the first to write a review and shit. I don't know which me to be for this review, since that's how this book works. I'll be the walking man, for the young eyes. You'll love this book, if you have a sense of humor. I must warn you though, it is not Howdy Doodie, if that's even how you spell that, which is a testament to my warning. This book should have you laughing so much that you miss parts of it, which usually only happens in movies, but that was the premise I had when I decided to write it. I wanted to see if that was possible with a book. It is. Read it and you'll see. You'll also see some other things, like illustrations that make you laugh nearly as much as the writing. You'll also see some other things, like how to fall down and not get back up, but still laugh about it. You'll also see something else, that the ending will shock the hell out of you. You won't be ready for it. You'll think that something real is... More > happening, but you won't know it until the pages are blank, and then you won't know what to think. It's how I like to write books, and I hope it's how you like to read them. Books should be something special. They should always be art, in as many different ways as they possibly can be. That is always my goal when I write, to change things, to create something special for you, to give you something you can never forget. This is my latest attempt. I hope, I know, you will enjoy it. Peace.< Less
