Dorothy Gale is a little girl from Kansas who fears monsters. On Halloween a tornado comes and blows her, her house, and her dog all the way to the land of Oz, where all monsters live. To get home she needs to see the warlock of Oz. Along the way she meets some creepy creatures all in need of something.
