100 Mandalas Coloring Book (bit.ly/MManifesting)
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
"The reason for coloring a mandala renews the relationship of the body to the mind," says author Claire-France Perez. "We are disconnected from creativity, brought on by a culture of numbing. Depression, or drugs or television exacerbates fears. Anxieties are mostly experienced after watching violence. Destructive imagery returns in the form of phobias, unfortunately these come while experiencing joy. It's a crushing anxiety. But the source of these images is someone else. The anxiety we suffer may not even be our own.
"Sometimes all you need is to lose yourself in a doodle or a mandala, and a new consciousness takes over, one that knows better, and has more original ideas. It's within us, but just not in reach of the hurried, even negligent life that thrusts creativity to one side to favor that of the TV."
Numbing robs joy. Coloring a mandala re-ignites quiet pleasure. Best taken with colored pencils and cup of tea. Each mandala faces a blank page for notes and journaling.
