This book is a historical glimpse of the Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Plant from my recollections over the 25 years I spent there. The Plant was started in 1952 on land purchased from several ranches 16 miles northwest of Denver, Colorado. Its mission was the mass production of the metal parts for atomic bombs. It was welcomed as a new source of jobs and went through a cycle of public opinion until production stopped in 1989. Demolition of all buildings and clean up of the land was completed in 2005. I worked there from 1963 until 1988 and tell about some of my observations. I also describe my view of the anti-Rocky Flats movement that ultimately caused its closure.
