R.U.B.S. - Henry and Clarissa

The first of the R.U.B.S. - Rather Unlikely Bush Stories. Henry, the Brolga (a big Australian crane) wants Clarissa to go out with him, but she thinks he's much too plain, and prefers Kookaburra, with his pretty blue wings and his lovely laugh, or Rosella with his flashy colours and his cheeky chatter. Henry brings Clarissa gifts, but she doesn't want them - and then ... the bushfire comes!
