In the year 2016, a clandestine elite group known as ‘the revisionists’ have insinuated themselves at the heart of the United Nations as a means of rewriting historical events and thereby helping the world’s major powers to maintain the status quo. The revisionists officially became a group in 2015, when it was revealed that the United Nations and World Bank failed to cut extreme poverty in Africa in half by that year as they had promised. Their primary goal is to protect the United Nations from terrorist groups and rewrite the history of Africa. Akibaje Damin is one of the revisionists. The revisionists raised him and trained him as one of their own. But Akibaje has the gnawing feeling that everything the revisionists have told him about his past is a lie. He believes that they rewrote his life in the same way they rewrite major historical events. He believes that his nebulous past is somehow related to Africa.
