This is an excellent review of crew resource management, and it includes numerous case studies of aircraft accidents and a history of CRM itself. The test is a good refresher and when sent in it is graded and after passing a certificate of training is provided. This book was written by an airline transport pilot and certified crew resource management instructor. A valuable refresher.
