The goal of this 6 weeks training program is:
To help you build lean muscle and burn fat effectively at home or at the gym.
Minimum space and equipment required to finish the whole program (you will only need Dumbbells and/or Barbell).
Improve your heart health and cardiovascular fitness.
Strengthen your Core and improve all your Primal Movement Patterns.
3 workouts per week of around 30 minutes or less to help you stay consistent and adhere to the program long term, regardless of how busy your life gets.
In-build progression so your workouts become increasingly more challenging over time which in turn will ensure progress.
