Chocolate, watching nature reveal itself, and playing in the ocean are simple pleasures in which we don’t indulge as much as we should. Sometimes the simplest and most pleasurable experiences can reveal profound truths. This collection of poems explores the pleasure of simple things and their occasionally profound meaning.

"Chocolate and its "Profound Meaning"" Let me be the first to say that this is a very good collection of well-thought out, vibrant poetry by a new, exciting up-and-coming writer. The words actually come alive to provoke our memories and deep emotion, subtle and not so subtle, of romance, heartbreak, and the everyday flow of life. Just like the candy, the poems come in many wonderful shapes, sizes, colors, and textures. Mmm...chocolate...it's a playful tasty treat; don't you think!?!
