Price: $10.40
There are currently various training concepts with regard to mediation and conflict management (applied mediation). A major part of those approaches to competence training is characterised by the fact that they relate to a multitude of techniques, systems and models which were not originally associated with mediation. Diverse training concepts will be presented in this study, including a corresponding method of evaluation by graduates. The thesis will distinguish between the concept of “broadening the system horizon” and the concept of training the “core competences”. The author will also present the framework of an ideal interdisciplinary study course based on the feedback from that comparison of methods. Furthermore, he will explore the effectiveness and optimising impact of that training course on the mediation procedure by means of a survey concerning the development of core competences and the relationship of communication and mediation.
