    "An extremely valuable reference and explanation for those partially immersed in computers already" This is a treasure trove of useful techniques to help understand the internet and computers. With 334 pages it is chock full of explanations of basic knowledge and techniques that any computer literate superuser-level computer aficionado will need to know at work or for home networks or computers. It defines terms and explains how they relate to other terms and how systems interrelate using these protocols and devices. For someone computer literate like me but without any formal training it is a godsend. Thank you for your reasonable pricing and clear explanations, Daniel Hawk! You are just what I needed to help me understand the various protocols that I use everyday but didn’t fully appreciate how to use until now. I guess I've always been a hacker at heart, but until now I had no way to grasp the formal concepts involved and demystify the world I had only been guessing at...
