The Mystery of Babylon is a retelling of the Babylonian creation myth Enûma Eliš. It tells the story of the One’s dissolution into the Many. The text was written imagining the Hegelian dialectic. The illustrations are inspired by the many faces of the intriguing cuttlefish. It is a meditation on being an individual in a plenum and also a celebration of being united with the All.
