    I was one of the early testers for this program. When I started in late 2009 I was 294 pounds. A week ago (1/17/2011) i weighed in at 198! The benefit I got from this book is I was able to take small steps. There is a TON to learn, but each week I only had to concentrate on one important thing. When I forgot a previous lesson, the quick summary at the end of the chapter allowed me to refresh my memory. The biggest complaint I have about the book is the lack of an exercise program. Now the book says that right up front, and the author knows that's a requirement, so they tell me an exercise book is in the works. To figure out what's best, I use their website for now. (It's WeBeFit.com) After 12 long years of work, it's nice to finally have something that worked for me. If you aren't sure, do what I did.     Finally, A logical way to control my weight. I can tailor a program to my lifestyle and I don't need to buy any snakeoil.
