    This was the first program I bought from Fitness Blender, and after the first 2 weeks of the program I also bought the 8 Weeks Fat Loss Program for Busy People. :) I've just completed this program and the overall experience was awesome. I really loved the workouts, and I've lost 5.5 pounds. Basically, I'm only 2 pounds away from my best shape weight ever (hope to get even fitter than that). On Monday I will start the 8 Weeks Fat Loss Program for Busy People. Can't wait to see the progress I've made since 4 weeks ago regarding my FPT.

    I am DONE looking for decent videos for workouts! Kelli and Daniel do an AMAZING job with the cues, the encouragement, and the choreography of their workouts. Clean, few if any frills, pleasant voices and speech patterns, positive reinforcement and a LOT of sweat make up these workouts! I am slooowly losing weight and see a difference in the way my clothes fit and in the way I move. I am finishing the 4 week program and bought the new 8 week program. I am trying to get my husband (who has bad knees) to try the low impact program so bought that one for when I can't be on decent flooring. I'll be back for more from them! Oh - one complaint: wifi or a wicked data plan is needed to view the videos.... One advice: have a decent mat to jump, etc. on for the workouts.

    Me and my girlfriend are just half way through but results are quite impressive already. I feel much more fit, flexible and motivated. Thank you Fitness Blender!!!

    This was the first program I bought from Kelli and Daniel and I absolutely loved it, easy to follow, very fun workouts, I lost even more pounds than I wanted to, (not that I wasn't happy about it :D) I already purchased another 3 books from them, I love them!

    Kelly and Daniel's videos are amazing, I first used this guide to get me started in a concrete work out routine. I think having a schedule really helped me stay on track. In the 4 weeks, I shaved over 2 minutes off my mile time. After the first week and a half I gained 4lbs, in muscle/ water weight, but that quickly melted off and I lost an additional 3 lbs after the initial gain/loss. I have now been using some of their videos to supplement my new found love of running.( thanks to the mile test) Overall in combination with Cardio and heathy eating habits I've lost 20lbs, so far and my clothes are all a bit large, I have a lot more work to do on the road ahead, but kelly and daniel will be there to help!
