    I think Round 3 is my favorite so far. I'm on my last week and excited about starting round 4. I love Fitness Blender! The variety every day allows me to never be bored working out. These are the kind of workouts I have been looking for. Combined with the 4 week meal plan I downloaded, I am down about 20 lbs since starting round 3. I recommend you guys to everyone I know. This is so affordable and I see results, why wouldn't everyone try Fitness Blender? Thank you so much!!!

    I really enjoyed this program, I only lost a few days but always stayed on track. I will say that there were times that I was in a hurry amd wished the workouts were shorter, which is why I just purchased the 4 week program. I didn't lose much on the scale, however I toned up considerably and improved stamina and endurance. In fact, some of the workouts seemed a little too easy at times.. This prompted me to purchase heavier weights near the second half of this program, which I think contributed to the increased muscle tone. Overall, the instruction is great, the price is even better, just add your own soundtrack. The fact that you don't need to leave the house makes it a solid buy.

    Awesome program. Absolutely love it:) I don't have problems with my knees, I'm much stronger and fit. I repeat this plan again and again...:) It's my fun, my workauts and inspiration. THANKS!

    Love it! Love it! Love it! I told all my coworkers about this and it seems that this is all I am talking about lately. I am even more excited about the new 30 min. workout since time is an issue for me. Lost some weight, my body changes, and I feel 100% better. Great job!

    I recently finished this program and I couldn't be happier. I'm already skinny so my goal isn't to lose weight but instead lose some body fat and gain muscle and this is exactly what I got. I'm more toned, specially in my arms, I can do more pushups, lift heavier and I notice a huge change at cardio. Great program!!
