Dec 28, 2014I lost weight and got down to my ideal weight four years ago. Growing up playing sports, I've been a lifelong exerciser. Before I found FB, I used home treadmill, stepper and dumbbells/kettlebell. I was tired of coming up with a variety of strength routines and my HIIT workouts on the two machines were repetitive. I found FB videos when I was looking for something different that I could follow without closed-captions. I liked them, but needed help ensuring I took care of my whole body without overdoing it (something I did often). My goal was to maintain my weight, but get more toned and lose body fat. This was my first FB ebook. I loved the whole thing and completed every video including the extras. I didn't miss more than a couple days due to illness and always followed the plan. I saw notable improvements -- you take a physical fitness test on the first and last days of the program to see measurable gains in your fitness, flexibility, endurance, etc. I surpassed all day one scores.... More > Looking at day one for other people, I noticed my scores were higher HENCE it's going to be hard for me to see physical results. The only physical change I saw were my thighs got a little bigger causing clothes to get snug in that and rear area. However, I believe it will take a long time for someone in my shoes to see a change in body fat / muscle composition as I was already lifting weights and doing HIIT before I started this program. Being 44, it's hard to tell how much of it is fat vs. loose skin. I liked this program enough to buy the rest. However, I wish they had alternative videos. I've had a bad back for years that acts up where I shouldn't be doing lunges or dead lift movements. These show up A LOT. There's a little boxing -- not my fave, but shows up just right (not often).< Less
Oct 11, 2014Fantastic, I was doing random fitness blender workouts with no real structure & I found I wasn't quite getting the results I wanted. However, this has been great almost like having my own personal trainer without the cost. I have just finished this round & am just working out which round to try next. I would thoroughly recommend this. I am so glad that I discovered fitness blender it has been great for me & I cannot wait to try the next round. I wasn't really doing this to lose lots of weight just to maintain my weight & give myself extra motivation & this has really worked for me. Thank you so much Daniel & Kelli.
Jun 24, 2014I think Round 3 is my favorite so far. I'm on my last week and excited about starting round 4. I love Fitness Blender! The variety every day allows me to never be bored working out. These are the kind of workouts I have been looking for. Combined with the 4 week meal plan I downloaded, I am down about 20 lbs since starting round 3. I recommend you guys to everyone I know. This is so affordable and I see results, why wouldn't everyone try Fitness Blender? Thank you so much!!!
Dec 5, 2013I really enjoyed this program, I only lost a few days but always stayed on track. I will say that there were times that I was in a hurry amd wished the workouts were shorter, which is why I just purchased the 4 week program. I didn't lose much on the scale, however I toned up considerably and improved stamina and endurance. In fact, some of the workouts seemed a little too easy at times.. This prompted me to purchase heavier weights near the second half of this program, which I think contributed to the increased muscle tone. Overall, the instruction is great, the price is even better, just add your own soundtrack. The fact that you don't need to leave the house makes it a solid buy.
