    This would be the next workout programme/ schedule i would love to do. Currently i am on the 8-Week-Round-5 - very intensive indeed, & very happy with the purchase. i will complete that and then buy this one, as i love the 30 minutes or less element. i exercise for fun, just something to do to keep active. Sometimes i can't do five days in a row, but jump back on it the moment i can. This is my second round going through the 8-week-Round-5. I have lost weight and feel healthy. Thank you Fitness Blender.

    I like that the progrm focus on on or two areas at a time and next day the area will be given a rest while I can still work on other body parts. I do not follow the program stricktly due to the lack of time. I sometimes have 4-8 days braekas and then just go back right to the place I finished last or just start over a week I liked. It doesn't really matter as I can see the results: my body is more firm and energetic and even my mood gets better after the trainings. The most importatnt is that I don't have to spend time planinig what do I have to work on now as the trainings are completeing each other and at the same time I don't have to do the same exercises over and over again

    I absolutely LOVE FitnessBlender. Kelly and Daniel are down to earth, REAL people that you can tell truly want to inspire and help others to lifelong health. These workouts are difficult and awesome, perfectly timed and challenging. It's an easy plan to follow, with just a few pieces of equipment, that can be replaced with household items. Being able to use your own music, or just be silent and enjoy the fact you're doing something for yourself, is fantastic. No cheesy background music or annoying noises for these workouts. These two got me motivated to workout with their first 4 week Fat Loss for Busy People. In the first week of the second 8 week course, I'm already feeling the burn, the sore, and the awesome. Keep it up.

    I LOVE these videos...and hate them! I have three kids and just lost 45 lbs. with Weight Watchers. I wasn't toned, though. I got this program to help me keep the weight off and stayed toned. It does both perfectly! Every day I feel like I am getting my butt kicked with a personal trainer in my home who makes me work HARD- this is definitely hard work! Which is why I hate them. They work. If they didn't work, I could justify not doing them and being lazy. But, I feel GREAT after each work out because I know they are helping me to look and feel fabulous. I HIGHLY recommend this download- at $10 for 8 weeks of videos, what have you got to lose (besides fat?)??
