    Excellent! Loved the variety of this program and it was so much more enjoyable than slogging away in the gym. I already had an 8kg kettle bell and around week 3 bought a set of dumbbells to give myself a bit more of a push. On completion I'm 3kg lighter, have more arm and shoulder definition, and butt has lifted. Best of all my mild but recurring back-ache and general 40-something aches have pretty much disappeared. Thank you Daniel and Kelli, this was exactly what I was looking for. Keep up the good work!

    I LOVE this program. Trying to balance work, a social life, and other responsibilities was getting in the way of my fitness goals, so I decided to purchase this program. Having your workouts picked out for you everyday and knowing exactly how much time you need to set aside for it is a HUGE help, and I didn't have to sacrifice any time from my work or social calendars. I travel all the time for work, and even then, completing these workouts in my hotel room or the hotel fitness center is no problem. I have done this program twice through with their booty boot camp program in between my two rotations. Each time I did this program I felt so much better about myself. Both my physical and mental health improved and my energy levels skyrocketed. Within the first week, my clothes fit a little better, and every week after that I noticed a positive change in my appearance and attitude.     Best 10 bucks I have ever spent! I'm on week 2 and already my clothes fit better! Daniel and Kelli are real people teaching you how to push yourself safely. The program is peppered with links of helpful hints and answers to frequent questions. They provide inspiration to learn to love your body and respect yourself to become the best you that you can be.     Like others, I have worked out in gyms, had a personal trainer, purchased numerous DVD's (some great some bad) and gone the Crossfit route, BUT nothing has kept my interest like FITNESS BLENDER. I have been doing Fitness Blender with great frequency for about 1 1/2 years. I Love It! The only real problem I was encountering was overtraining muscle groups...this round 5, 8 week program is FANTASTIC! I have a clear line of site each week with no real concern about the fatigue I was bringing upon myself (due to overtraining) in the past. I HIGHLY recommend any of these mapped out programs. I travel for work from time to time, with this program I now have the foresight of what to bring, which in turn makes me remain more focused and goal oriented. I'm on week two and feel better than ever. Insanely small investment for the value it brings to ones MIND and BODY. If variety is the spice of life Fitness Blender has nailed it!!     I was using Fitness Blender for a while on Youtube before getting this program. I was bit too enthusiastic with picking workouts though and had the tendency to "overtrain" when picking my own videos. (Think HIIT every day..) I ended up going through cycles of putting too much strain on my right knee, recovering and doing low impact workouts, and repeating the cycle. I thought I had a bad knee. Turns out, I had a bad workout routine. This 8-week guide helped me feel challenged and great and showed me what a healthy and (most importantly) maintainable fitness program looks like! I'm on my second time through this program and I love comparing how I did the last time through to this time. (More range of motion, heavier weights, etc). As an aside, I have had exactly 0 knee problems since I started following the program, so take that as you will. I'm definitely going to be getting the other programs as well!
