Apr 25, 2017These two are my absolute, all time favorite fitness experts on the planet! So proud of the two of you! I am in my mid 40's and have been a die-hard fitness guru since my early teens. I have done it all when it comes to fitness. I LOVE FB. These two have it all figured out, truly. I have never been in better shape, ever. I am, by nature, a very athletic build. I had no idea that my body could look the way at does now, especially in my 40's. I am in the best shape of my life. And I simply just follow their programs. I like all of them. I use all of them. I tell any and everyone that will listen about FB. And since I started using their programs, it is not hard to spread the word about FB because I am complimented about my physique every time I go out. It is a bit a strange that you have two people in your home every day and you feel like you know them, ha! I tell you when I see just Daniel before the workout, I know I am in for a real "butt kicker"! You are hardcore, Daniel!... More > You too Kelli! Have finished several different of your programs. Not gonna lie, I am always sore! I can never say enough about how grateful I am to have found you guys. YOU TWO ROCK!!! Nobody does what you two do and it's impressive. Mar 23, 2017Excellent program! I just finish this 8 week program. I also bought the 4 week meal plan to combine them together. I totally lost 13 lbs after experiencing a plateau as long as 3 weeks. I am glad I did not quit at that time. It is not only the effort put into the whole program, but also the mindset I built about healthy life living. I benefit a lot from the whole plan layout, the workout method, the clean eating as well as those videos solving my typical questions about weight loss. Before trying this program, I did have some issues with weight loss. I have tried those stupid methods leading to hurt myself. But this program really help me realize that my goal is not weight loss but to live a better life. I believe I have no reason to not to start a second round of this after taking a few days off.

May 3, 2016Excellent! Loved the variety of this program and it was so much more enjoyable than slogging away in the gym. I already had an 8kg kettle bell and around week 3 bought a set of dumbbells to give myself a bit more of a push. On completion I'm 3kg lighter, have more arm and shoulder definition, and butt has lifted. Best of all my mild but recurring back-ache and general 40-something aches have pretty much disappeared. Thank you Daniel and Kelli, this was exactly what I was looking for. Keep up the good work!
