Dec 14, 2014I currently just started the last week of this program and I have really enjoyed it. I am wondering for the other beginners that used this program-were you ready to start on one of the 8 week ones directly after or did you go through this one more than once?
Nov 23, 2014I do not consider myself a beginner, but because of some problems with my lower back and knees could not do my usual workouts. This was perfect, helped me get my back stronger again, I did low impact and made some exercises more difficult where my back allowed me to. More low impact workouts please! :)

Aug 4, 2014I purchased this program after years of fitness neglect. My primary intention with this program was to increase strength and flexibility so that I could do slightly to moderately more advanced routines than a beginner level without injury. I must say the program exceeded my expectations. I definitely feel much stronger and flexible. I feel that I can push myself a little more without fear of injury. I did use the program for 6 weeks however because for some of the workouts I wasn't strong enough yet to feel the burn that I was supposed to. I am very pleased and just purchased the 3rd round of the 8 week program with the beginner option. Thank you for this program and anyone considering getting back into fitness may want to start here. BTW - I did lose a dress size and I am a 41yr old female.
Jul 28, 2014I just finished this program, and I am feeling great! It really made a difference in my body - I feel stronger, more flexible, and I've lost a few pounds to boot (actually I've lost at least eight pounds since I started doing FitnessBlender videos, and without any big changes to my diet, which I would have said was healthy but I do love my food!). This is a great option for busy parents with kids - I stuck to this program with only a few days where I couldn't make it all the way through, and I feel like a kid, but I am so proud of myself! Thank you!!! I have already downloaded one of your 8 week programs - I know it will be very challenging, but I'm going to give it a shot!
