    I first came across Fitness Blender videos on YouTube and used them on and off for a while. I liked them because there's a wide variety to choose from (instead of doing the same exercises day after day), there's no annoying background music and Daniel and Kelli seem like genuine 'normal' people. I bought this program quite some time ago, but it was the arrival of New Year that gave me that final push to actually do it. My only regret now is: why didn't I do it sooner??!? Low impact is a great starting point for me as I'm very overweight and I've got dodgy ankles, so a lot of jumping around is not a good idea. Make no mistake though - low impact does not mean 'easy' (at least not for me!). Admittedly, I am by no means fit and I found some of these workouts really difficult. However, Daniel and Kelli's advice and encouragement kept me going. If I couldn't manage a particular exercise, I did something similar, or at least just kept moving. I had longer, or more frequent, water breaks... More > when necessary. I missed out some of the optional workouts and I also took extra rest days between workouts when I needed to. And I didn't feel guilty, because Daniel and Kelli said it was ok! In all honesty, I probably would have given up after a week of this if I hadn't had 'permission' to take extra breaks etc. I would have felt like I'd failed because I couldn't keep up. Instead, I made it all the way to the end (although it did take me five weeks instead of four!) and I have never felt more motivated. I started to notice changes to my body after just two weeks, my clothes fit more comfortably and I'm definitely fitter than I was. I also lost weight (9 pounds), although I must say I find it very refreshing that the focus of this program is on getting fit and healthy and improving what your body can do, rather than obsessing about how much it weighs. I'm now doing another Fitness Blender program and am continuing to get fitter. Also, this is a complete bargain. A one hour zumba class costs me £5 - this four week plan costs less and is more effective. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!< Less

    I've bought this a little while back, and I can already see improvements on my body. This is a 'must buy'!. I love it, because there are so many great workouts that'll help you get in shape.

    I currently just started the last week of this program and I have really enjoyed it. I am wondering for the other beginners that used this program-were you ready to start on one of the 8 week ones directly after or did you go through this one more than once?

    I do not consider myself a beginner, but because of some problems with my lower back and knees could not do my usual workouts. This was perfect, helped me get my back stronger again, I did low impact and made some exercises more difficult where my back allowed me to. More low impact workouts please! :)
