Fitness Blender's Low Impact Program uses our free workout videos in a meticulously built plan that tells you which workouts to do, 5-6 days a week (sixth day is optional), for 4 weeks. We've combined low impact cardio, strength training, Pilates, yoga, stretching, & bodyweight functional strength training to create a program that will bring about results quickly. Workouts are 30-65 minutes each but average roughly 45 minutes a day. All you need is a set of dumbbells.     My boyfriend and I just completed this and have started it over again. We both feel better physically and overall after spending too much time being lazy. We weren't really trying to lose weight(my boyfriend actually wants to put on weight), just feel better. We hiked the Appalachian Trail last spring/summer and my knees were wrecked so it's good to have something low impact. We probably should have used this or a different one of your programs to prepare for our hike. Might have helped with my knees. Thanks for providing such quality programming at a very affordable rate.

    I'm a 45 year old female who lost 36 pounds prior to beginning using Fitness Blender videos. During the 4 weeks of the Low Impact Beginner program I only lost an additional 2 pounds, but I lost inches in my lower body and went down a pant size! My strength and flexibility also improved as witnessed by the fitness test I did before and after the four weeks. I was trying to stay in shape over the winter so I could get back to running in the spring, but with the body composition changes I've seen I decided to start the 8 Week Program for Busy People immediately after completing this one. Daniel and Kelli are real, funny, inspiring, and challenging. Thanks to them I've stopped caring about the weight on the scale and started enjoying all the /real/ benefits that fitness has given me: strength, endurance, smaller clothing, and improved confidence!

    This is a wonderful, easy to follow program that won't shatter your joints. I'm a 20 something with bad knees, so I am always looking for low impact workouts that still challenge you. I usually loose interest and/or motivation after a few days but I'm still going strong. Thank you. Fitness Blender.

    Thank you for putting together a great workout routine. This takes the guesswork out of what type of workout I should do daily. I love the fact that I haven't seen any repeats of workout the entire four weeks- variety is key for me I hate workouts that repeat every week, I get bored easily. I will definitely be purchasing more programs. Lost seven pounds and all my clothes are fitting so loose I've had to start using a belt.

    I can't thank Daniel and Kelly enough for putting this program together. It has defintely made a difference! The workouts are challenging, but do-able to a beginner (who is also older and has some limitations). I have recommended this program to so many people. I had started using the U-Tube videos and discovered this program. This workout program took all the guess work out for me. Everything is there from warm up to cool down. I know every day what I'm going to be doing and how long to expect it to take. Loving the results I'm seeing and planning to do the 8-week program next because I know I can!
