The author has often been complimented on his writing, and was urged by others to write a book. This is the (first) result. Original arguments and reasoning are to be found within, along with critiques of the contentions of God's enemies, America's enemies. Website addresses to many resources are included also. Effort is required. When bogged down, the author recommends skipping ahead to one or two of the "What to do" Chapters. Things are not laid out well due to software issues. (The price is being kept lower due to this defect.) Anyone put off by the title is advised to consider whether it is a worthy sentiment.
