In the current crisis all politicians are advancing the availability of funds and the payment of debts as obstacle, while the citizens asking for costs and waste less for the State. But to take look at those that call costs they are actually measurements of the wealth produced and it seems illogical that a unit of measure would create a debt. This book is divided into five parts. After summarizing the history and functioning of the money in the first two parts, in the third the author addresses the fundamental issue: the legal definition of Professor Auriti, and proposes an extension applicable to the Utopian Money. The fourth part speaks about the Paul Grignon's Canadian money to solve the problem in the fifth part, with a very innovative proposal: a new form of global currency owned by the bearer, with no debt and self-issued by 7 billion of emitters with no central power to govern it.
