This book is very informative! Compared to other books in the same category this book wins because its main focus is not physical! So many books only want to deal with the sexual part of relationships w/o speaking about the mental, emotional or either spiritual perception of one's self! I truly believe sex should be a topic between you and your mate! No one author can tell you what is needed with your mate! I appreciate how the author focuses on a woman being mentally stable knowing that once your mind is equipped with what is needed the physical attributes will follow! Like the author puts it; what QUALITY men wants! If quality is in your focal point this book is for you!
