Project Productivity Workshop

This workshop / workbook is based on four critical training modules designed to improve project productivity and profitability. Starting with project pre-planning ideas to get your project off to a good start it then moves into the impacts that affect jobsite production. From there you will learn how to track production on the jobsite followed by some real-world tips for keeping your project moving forward.
